Bio: Sheri Whitt is a marriage and family therapist that is an integral part of the psychology department here at Humboldt and in the community. She is the director of the Community Counseling Clinic, which serves Humboldt students, as well as community members. She also oversees all of the Counseling Master’s Students and is an important mentor to students who are pursuing a degree in Counseling or Marriage and Family therapy.
Talk synopsis: Sheri Whitt discusses the wide range of careers you can do with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She explains the different positions she has held over her career and gives guidance for those unsure of the path they are taking after completing their psychology degree.
